I'm giving the monster another day, but I'm not exactly deprived.
So I'll be getting my BLT today...and tomorrow...and the next day...
Meanwhile, I picked some of the apples from the tree in the backyard. When I cut one open, I found...
it was pink! And just the right mix of tart and sweet.
I'm still trying to figure out what variety of apple this is. Did you know how many pink-fleshed apples there are? My favorite is the one called "Surprise" which seems appropriate. Any clues, anyone?
